I'm Darnell Packard — founder of The Approach Co. and a 15-year veteran of hospitality, customer service, and corporate sales. I've worked fine dining, high-volume restaurants, cruise line sales, telecom call centers, and fitness sales. I know these industries from the inside.
I started this service because I kept seeing people in my field get passed over — not because they weren't qualified, but because their resume didn't reflect what they were actually capable of. A template doesn't know what a Head Server does. I do.
